Endodontic Health of Palo Alto

Tri Huynh, DDS, PhD

SCHEDULING

Endodontic Health of Palo Alto is open Monday through Friday by appointment.  We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible.  If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We schedule each person enough time to fully discuss his or her concerns.  A patient’s time and comfort are always important to us; therefore, it is our goal to be prompt, while allowing patients to present their concerns and expectations.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting.  As our practice provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure.  Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays.  Our goal is to be prompt, but we do very much appreciate your understanding and patience as we aim to provide the highest level of care for every client.

We look forward to meeting you and plan on making your visit to our office an exceptional one.  Please call 650-433-1215 with any questions or to schedule an appointment.

FIRST VISIT

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will first require an evaluation, followed by a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

  • Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable.
  • A list of medications that you are currently taking.
  • If you have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card and the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to assist you with the processing of any claims.
  • Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to your treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking any medications, whether prescription, over-the-counter, or herbal remedies.
  • A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 at the consultation visit

EMERGENCIES

We have reserved daily time slots for dental emergencies, so please call us in the morning so that we can accommodate you.
